What does sport mean in your life?

I simply cannot imagine my life without sports. My morning begins with morning exercises, which gives me a boost of vivacity for the whole day. During the school week, the school schedule provides physical education lessons three times a week, during which we pass various sports standards and master game sports – volleyball, basketball, football. After school, I have always been involved in various sports – taekwondo, basketball, table tennis. I always take part in sports competitions that are held at schools, sports clubs, and circles, as well as recreation camps. For the last four years, I have been swimming. During this time, I have mastered various swimming styles: crawl, breaststroke, butterfly. Now I am preparing for passing the standards for 1 junior category in swimming. The train new progress with will power peak.

Sport helps a person to be in good physical shape, and besides, it develops character and willpower. Sports activities promote health. Even a simple exercise in the morning with your favorite music energizes the whole day. Sports activities are an integral part of a person’s life, providing the necessary activity. Physical education and sports give a charge of cheerfulness and optimism, strengthen immunity, and thereby protect a person from various diseases. Sport develops a quick reaction, good coordination of movements, concentration. And also playing sports makes you feel the joy of your own achievements. I do fitness. There are no high achievements in this sport, but these classes gave me a lot of interesting people, whom I met in training, and now I often communicate. It is very important to have like-minded people and those.

I can’t imagine my life without sports. I love sports very much and I think that it is mutual, because I do a lot in sports. I participate in many school sports activities. I play on the school football team, participate in various relays and competitions. Previously, I was seriously involved in judo and sambo (I have many awards and the first youth category), but due to my visual impairment, I am now engaged in swimming. I have been swimming for about a year at a sports club. Recently I passed the standards for the first youth category. I enjoy swimming. I like to train, participate in competitions. Of course, each sport is good in its own way. But swimming, in my opinion, is one of the most rewarding sports.

Sport plays an important role in my life. When you go in for sports, you not only strengthen your body but also develop, get a boost of energy for life. I have three favorite sports: football, volleyball, and basketball. For seven years I was engaged in the Novorossiysk football club “Leader”: I went to training three times a week, and on weekends we had quite a few competitions. Despite the fact that I do not attend the club now, I continue to play with friends on the sports fields. I am also discovering new sports – for example, last winter I learned how to snowboard. I believe that everyone should do sports! After all, you don’t have to be a professional athlete to enjoy sports.

Sport means a lot to me because I do sports myself. I go dancing classes, which is also a sport. Sport is everything for me. I can’t live long without training. When you exercise, you improve your health. Sport is something special to me. When you performed well at the competition, you feel that you have not tried in vain.

Sport is striving for success, striving for victory! Sport helps me to overcome myself. The most important thing is to win over yourself, over your laziness. Sport is the development of the will. The need to go to training and not forget about it develops responsibility. Sport for me is new friends and an opportunity to see the world with my own eyes while traveling to competitions. So that you can be proud of the results of your achievements. Success in sports gives you confidence in your abilities. Sport is joy and also inspiration!

What does sport mean to me? Sport is an integral part of my life. I go in for swimming in the children’s youth sports school of the Olympic reserve, I have the third adult category; I love physical education lessons at school; I just like to take a walk on the street with my friends – play football, ride a bike or roller-skate. We are helped by the fact that in our city there is sports equipment on almost every playground, and specialized sports grounds are less common. I am also very happy when I see a man running through the city or children riding bicycles. I love sports, I consider it useful for human health and I don’t understand people who lead a passive unsportsmanlike lifestyle. But even more, I do not understand adolescents who distort the goal of sport – a healthy mind in a healthy body. I’m talking about those who take sports nutrition, accelerating the process of muscle growth. Of course, this food kills the body, for example, if you consume proteins and do not go to the gym (or in the slang of young people “in the rocking chair”), then the formation of fat mass and many other problems will arise. I believe that sports should be practiced daily and at the same time lead a healthy lifestyle: do not smoke, do not drink, and eat healthy food, which I am trying to do.

Sport is a very important and useful activity for a person, but you always need to know when to stop and stop in time. I love jumping, running in physical education lessons. What does sport mean to me? I love to play sports, but not always do it very well. I do acrobatics, I like to develop my flexibility, grace, and different skills. And I signed up there mainly because I wanted to learn how to do the splits. It seemed to me then that it was very cool. Also, my mother and I go to the pool and skate to the ice rink. And in the summer with friends, we ride bicycles. It’s fun and challenging.

Sport helps me to be in good physical shape, and besides, it fosters character and willpower, contributes to health. A simple exercise in the morning with your favorite music energizes the whole day. From early childhood, I loved active entertainment. As far back as I can remember, I’ve always played various outdoor games and got incredible pleasure from it. I tried different sports: sumo, wushu, volleyball, athletics, but I stopped at kickboxing. This is a very interesting sport in which it is necessary to show a quick reaction, good coordination of movements, concentration, composure. When I’m in the ring – it captures me entirely! I like this sport, it is for enduring, strong in spirit and body. I like to defeat both my opponent and myself!
